|
Named after the first real big man in the NBA, George Mikan. From beneath the basket, make a lay-up with the right hand, grab the ball out of the net and make a lay-up with the left hand. Continue to repeat this for a specified time (usually 30 seconds or a minute), alternating hands. Key Points Eventually the player will develop a rhythm, and grab the ball as they are taking their two steps to shoot the next shot.
